Name the individuals and board member who will participate and provide their email addresses*Agreement* I have reviewed the expectations to participate and have the capacity to meet them.*CNE, in partnership with the Obici Healthcare Foundation and The Spark Mill, is pleased to offer the Strategic Planning Cohort program. Strategic planning is a crucial process for healthy nonprofits. This 3-month cohort program will guide participants through a strategic thinking and planning process resulting in a 3-year strategic plan. Consultants will coach organizations to: • Collect data from key stakeholders • Identify themes and priorities • Craft goals and strategies • Develop tactics to achieve those goals and strategies • Create an implementation plan which ensures the goals and strategies drive organizational decision-making Eligibility and expectations to participate: • An annual operating budget below $1M • A team of 2-4 individuals with at least 1 board member participating from your organization • Mandatory attendance at each of the in-person group workshop sessions below in Suffolk • Completion of 5-8 hours of work each month in between workshop sessions. You will have a strategy coach to guide you, but you must have the capacity to engage in the assigned work activities Workshop dates and times: • August 14, 2025, 10:00am-3:00pm • September 23, 2025, 10:00am-3:00pm • October 22, 2025, 10:00am-3:00pm • November 5, 2025, 10:00am-3:00pm The per-organization fee for the program is $5,000, but thanks to the generous support of the Obici Healthcare Foundation, program fees are subsidized and it is free to participate.
