2025 Volunteer Management & Engagement: Module 2 – Planning Volunteer Engagement

This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. In Module 2, Planning for Volunteer Engagement on October 20th from 1pm-4pm, you’ll start planning for how and where volunteers fit in your organization, learning about each step of volunteer engagement, how to conduct a Volunteer Engagement Assessment, risks to consider when deciding how to engage volunteers, and the resources and support needed to effectively engage volunteers.
