2025 Volunteer Management & Engagement: Module 1 – Establishing the Framework

This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. In Module 1, Establishing the Framework on September 15th 1:00 pm-4:00 pm, you’ll learn about volunteerism, the key elements of volunteer engagement, how to apply a volunteer-centered framework, and how to work with challenges to and motivators for volunteer engagement.
