Coaching Edge for Leaders

The Coaching Edge for Leaders workshop focuses on developing a “coaching mindset” to improve individual and team professional growth and development. Many executives and managers approach the challenges their employees and teams face as problems they need to solve rather than building the capacity and confidence of their employees and teams to solve their own problems.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to lead with curiosity in order to ask good questions, dig deeper into the real problem (not just the one presented to them), and hold off on giving advice too early, thereby creating the capacity of their employees and teams to solve problems themselves. Participants will learn through interactive discussion, a live coaching demonstration, and an opportunity to experiment with the coaching mindset in small groups.
