In this two-part series, participants will analyze past fundraising efforts, set goals for the future, and outline a plan to strengthen donor engagement, through interactive discussions and practical exercises.
Session 1: Building Blocks of a Successful Annual Fund (May 28, 9am – 12pm)
- Understanding the role of the annual fund in nonprofit sustainability
- Analyzing past fundraising efforts to identify strengths and gaps
- Key elements of a strong annual fund plan
Session 2: Planning for Growth & Strengthening Donor Stewardship (June 3, 9 am – 12 pm)
- Setting achievable goals and designing next year's strategy
- Developing an effective donor stewardship plan
- Practical next steps for implementing your annual fund strategy
After attending both of these sessions, participants will leave with a structured framework and actionable steps to enhance their organization's annual fund efforts.
