2025 Volunteer Management & Engagement: Module 6 – Evaluation
Volunteers play critical roles in nonprofit organizations. Are you looking to boost your nonprofit’s capacity with volunteers? This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. Register for any and all that interest you.
In Module 6, Evaluation on March 16th from 1pm-4pm, you’ll learn strategies for figuring out what is and isn’t working, including how to build a foundation for evaluating volunteer engagement and how to use surveys and feedback to improve outcomes for volunteers, staff, and the organization as a whole.
Objectives
Examine strategies for figuring out what is and isn’t working:
- Build a foundation for evaluating volunteer engagement.
- Recognize the difference between Program Evaluation and Stakeholder Evaluation.
- Explore Impact Statements, Mutual Feedback and Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys to improve outcomes for volunteers, staff and the organization as a whole.
