In partnership with the Obici Healthcare Foundation, CNE is pleased to offer this financial consulting opportunity to support nonprofits in making financially sound judgments resulting in informed business decisions. This consulting is on your own time and schedule, and personalized to your organization.
CNE will connect up to 8 organizations with a financial professional who will work with participating nonprofits to:
- Develop greater clarity and understanding of program revenue and expenses;
- Create financial policies and procedures that align with the organization’s bylaws;
- Create standardized financial reports;
- Train board members on the chart of accounts, financial policies and procedures, and how to read and understand the financial reports generated by the organization; or
- Give a second opinion, double-check your finances, and answer clarifying questions.
While we encourage at least two participating individuals so that knowledge is dispersed and there’s capacity to engage, this is not a requirement.
The per-organization value of these services is $4,000, but thanks to the generous support of the Obici Healthcare Foundation, fees are subsidized and there is no cost to participate.
