Description
The Financial Stability Coordinator serves as the primary staff coordinator assisting the Financial Stability Director in developing and delivering family financial stability related programming directly to individuals and families in need in all aspects of Financial Stability Impact areas. In collaboration with the Financial Stability Director, staff and agency partners, this position helps monitors progress against strategies to make a measurable impact in key financial resiliency indicators in the community. This position provides strategy development support, assists the Financial Stability Director in staffing the Financial Resiliency Task Force, the Family Investment Program, Driving Lives Forward, and the Financial Stability Impact Team.
He/she will maintain programs, relationships and civic infrastructure designed to assist families in targeted areas to achieve financial stability and improvements in key indicators impacting financial resiliency success. Additionally, he/she will also serve as staff to key groups, providing meeting assistance (minutes, notices, etc.).
This position will work closely with the Financial Stability Director to help upload/research data, complete data entry, develop and manage software use, prepare reports based on program data and activity related to financial stability programs; and participate in outcomes monitoring, spreadsheet development, forms development, program reporting and grant reporting/compliance related to UWGC financial stability.

Job Duties
The Coordinator will provide strategic assistance for the Financial Stability Impact area in the development, implementation, evaluation, and timely reporting of progress in reaching goals and strategies, leading to the achievement of UWGC’s financial stability impact goals. The Coordinator has the following key responsibilities:
Prosper Program Management
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Prosper, including client outreach and partnerships. Works closely with the Marketing Manager to identify outreach events, opportunities, and materials.
• Establish reporting of measurable goals in line with desired outcomes and tracks results. Evaluates results and strives to continuously improve outcomes for the community.
• Maintains the consent spreadsheet/catalog and temporary data spreadsheet for Prosper and Envision, including consents for clients enrolled by UWGC as well as enrolled by partners in Prosper.
• Maintain regular communication with partners and clients about status of programs.
Program Development/Implementation
• Assists the Financial Stability Director in implementing procedures and processes for successfully implementing all phases of the Transportation Program, including the Driving Lives Forward, Lyft and the Auto Repair Program.
• Assists the Financial Stability Director in improving the efficiency and growth of the Family Investment Program through the development of processes and procedures that maintain financial integrity but support partner agencies and families in successful family action plans.
• Completes data entry in Apricot for associated programs, pulls reports as requested and analyzes data for inclusion in reports, including the annual Impact Report.

Skills Required

• A strong understanding of data organization and entry, use of Excel and other software programs that effectively organize and produce data
• Ability to collaborate effectively within and outside the organization to strategically advance the goals of United Way and its financial stability initiatives. Experience managing and nurturing relationships and partnerships and working with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and manage change successfully. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to effectively present written information to supervisor, senior level leaders, public or community groups, and/or boards of directors;
• Is a passionate listener.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet scheduled deadlines.

• Must be punctual and dependable within required work hours, as well as possessive of a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm.
• Human service and data work requires utmost confidentiality and trust.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in data, finance, or other Human Service-related field preferred.
Prefer at least three years of experience in financial resiliency.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret basic data for practical application. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to present information to and respond to questions from groups of diverse individuals. Ability to document and communicate information to an audience.
Computer and Analytic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs. Comfortable using databases, advanced knowledge and working skill in Microsoft Excel a must. Will be required to adapt to implementation and use of diverse software programs.

Work Schedule
This position is non-exempt and is full time at 37.5 hours per week. The schedule is 8:30am-5pm with a one-hour lunch break. The position works in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remotely Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
