Family Support Worker – Nelson County – Full Time, 40 Hours per week

Responsible for the following job duties:

• Responsible for initiating and maintaining regular and long-term support with women who are pregnant and/or families who have children age 5 and under.
• Conduct regular developmental screenings, parent-child interaction assessments, and monitor the health needs of the family.
• This position will work specifically with Nelson County and is eligible to be a remote position.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field or equivalent experience (minimum of high school diploma).
• Experience in working with or providing services to children and families.
• Current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: starting at $43,000
