Description

The Office Manager is responsible for activities that support the general relationships of students, parents, teachers, visitors and inquiries sent to CWS. The overall direction of questions to the right people and groups characterize the nature of this important entry way to the school.

The Office Manager is a part-time hourly position supervised by the Administrative Chair. This is a year-round position.

  • Ability to work flexibly to respond to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office Publisher, and data entry, database management
  • Administrative/office work experience required; Office Manager experience preferred
  • First Aid and Medical Administration Training certification a plus
