We employ a seasonal staff of nearly 200 employees to run the club, including managers, front desk attendants, lifeguards, café staff, facilities workers, bartenders, and event staff. We further offer a summer day camp, swim team, and swim lessons. To support these programs, we employ camp counselors and swim instructors and coaches.
