Description
At FACE, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketing efforts over the years. To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with organization and school goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Job Duties
Objectives of this role
- develop and implement the company’s brand strategy
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets
- Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members
Responsibilities
- Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
- establish and evaluate marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the board
- Plan and attend meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to the board
Skills Required
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
