Description

Elk Hill is currently recruiting for a Development Manager. Employees in this role develop and manage projects and initiatives that expand and sustain our programmatic needs. Duties include supporting the major gifting process and annual campaigns, serving as the point of contact for corporate volunteer partnerships, and cultivating support for Elk Hill through various marketing events.

Skills Required

We are looking for candidates that:
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Have at least 3+ years of relevant fundraising experience.
  • Are energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • Can participate in events that are outside of the normal office hours/weekends with advance notice.
  • Are a current Association of Fundraising Professional (AFP) and/or Virginia Association of Fundraising Executives (VAFRE) -- preferred.
  • Are a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) -- preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-time, remote work also available
