2025 Volunteer Management & Engagement: Module 5 – Supervision & Support

In Module 5, Supervision & Support on February 16th from 1pm-4pm, you’ll learn tools and strategies to ensure volunteers feel supported, effective and appreciated, including strategies for volunteer supervision and support, causes of and options for addressing volunteer performance problems, and effective ways to reward and recognize volunteers​.
