2025 Volunteer Management & Engagement: Module 5 – Supervision & Support
Volunteers play critical roles in nonprofit organizations. Are you looking to boost your nonprofit’s capacity with volunteers? This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. In Module 5, Supervision & Support on February 16th from 1pm-4pm, you’ll learn tools and strategies to ensure volunteers feel supported, effective and appreciated, including strategies for volunteer supervision and support, causes of and options for addressing volunteer performance problems, and effective ways to reward and recognize volunteers.

- Articulate the benefits of supporting and supervising volunteers.
- Design and implement strategies for volunteer supervision and support.
- Explore causes of and options for addressing volunteer performance problems.
- Identify effective ways to reward and recognize volunteers.
