2025 Volunteer Management & Engagement: Module 3 – Opportunities & Outreach

This 6-part Volunteer Engagement and Management training includes sessions on establishing the framework, planning, recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and evaluating. In Module 3, Opportunities & Outreach on November 17th from 1pm-4pm, you’ll acquire the tools to attract the volunteers you need by examining trends in volunteerism and how they might inform opportunities and outreach, developing position descriptions with a Volunteer Experience Lens, exploring targeted recruitment concepts, and developing an Outreach Strategy.
