Mission Statement: Our mission is to empower and inspire underserved women in our community by providing creative and interactive coaching, and professional development services that educate, strengthen uplift and ignite them. Our vision is to facilitate the improvement of women's economic competitiveness and self efficacy and provide them with the skills, tools and confidence to design a better future for themselves and their families. We accomplish this by developing culturally relevant programs that counter prevailing market inequalities and contribute to a broader movement for economic justice. We believe that when you empower women, you build families and communities.
