2012 Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey

Back by popular demand, Center for Nonprofit Excellence invites you to participate in our 2012 online Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey - the 3rd edition since 2008.  By participating in the survey your organization will receive free access to the survey results, which are normally sold for $30.  Results will be organized based on budget, number of employees, and focus area, allowing you to find information that is most relevant to your organization.
 
The results, which will be made available in the fall of 2012, will provide your organization with valuable, local  information specific to the local nonprofit sector including data on the following:

  • Salary
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement plans
  • Flex time & other benefits
  • Professional development
The survey can be completed in twenty minutes or less and should be filled out by your organization's executive director or HR/business manager.  Only one submission per organization please.  Please only use whole numbers.  No symbols ($,%, etc.) when answering the questions.
 
Your organization's responses will be kept strictly confidential and only aggregate responses will be published.
