CNE is a learning lab in all ways, and considers our internship program a very valuable asset. We rely on our interns to help make our organization strong, and work closely with interns to help them realize their internship goals and prepare for the world of work.
CNE offers students the opportunity to intern during both the summer and academic year. Through customer service and project management experiences, CNE interns will learn about the nonprofit sector in Charlottesville, including the needs and opportunities for growth in leadership, management and collaboration. These positions allow for the freedom to work on a variety of projects depending on individual interest, skill level and ability.
CNE internships generally include the below support responsibilities:
- Programs and Services Administration
- Communications and Marketing
- Development and Philanthropy
- Website Administration
- Research and Analysis
We welcome applications from undergraduate students. CNE internships run on a semester basis.
